APPOINTMENT
First Time Visit?
We always recommend a sample test for eyelash extensions, Tint, Brows Henna, Lash Lift treatments especially if you have never done before. Please make an appointment for a sample test first. If you are happy withought a sample test, please book a treatment you wish straight away.
We would like to make sure that we can provide services to you. For eyelash extensions, lash lift and henna brows bookings, we will send you a consent form, please send it back before your appointment.
Before your appointment
1, Please don’t wear any Eye-makeup. It will effect your actual treatment time.
2, If you wear contact lenses, Please bring your own contact lenses case and solution. We recommend that you take them off during eye treatment procedure.
3, We recommend that no caffeine or computer work a few hours before your appointment to avoid twitchy eyes.
4, Please wash your hair before your appointment if you need to do on same day as your eyes cannot get wet 24 hours after eyelash , lash lift and henna brow application.
5. No stripe lashes for minimum 3-4 days before your appointment.
After your appointment
1, Do not rub, pick or pull lash extensions
2,Cleanse eyes thoroughly with eyelash cleanser daily
Washing your eyelashes regularly with eyelash cleansing form which helps your eye hygiene and lash retention.
We recommend Our Organic Eyelash cleanser at the salon or our online shopping.
3, Brush your lashes daily
4, Do not use oil based products: Oil free eyemakeup for eyelash extensions are available at the salon or our online shopping.
5, Do not wear waterproof mascara unless it is specially formulated for lash extensions : Mascara products for eyelash extensions available at the salon or our online shopping.
6, Avoid excess heat such as sauna, gym etc for 24 hours after the application
7, Don't sleep on your face, sleep on your back
Special Occasions
If your appointment is for your weddings, holidays or another special occasions, we recommend you try a proper set as a trial a few month before your event. Especially for your wedding. Then it will give you peace of mind.
Then you can book your appointment 3-4 days before your occasions. Just remember that even if you didn't get any reactions for the sample test, it doesn't mean 100% guarantee you won't get any reactions on your next appointment.

Frequently asked questions
Which lash extensions set should I book for?
Have you ever done lash extensions before? If it is the first time for you, we would recommend that you can try classic extensions which gives you a natural mascara makeup appearance. There are a few options for classic extensions. The difference between them is fullness. It is a good start to begin with a Natural set or a Full set.
If you have done classic lash extensions before and you like classic lashes but want to have a little bit more volume, try a Hybrid set ( mix of classic and volume lashes )which gives you fluffiness between the classic lashes.
Is your priority is maximum fullness? If so, we would recommend that Volume lash set. To choose a option, it depends on how much fullness you would like and your natural eyelash condition.
How long do lash extensions last ?
In general, they could last up to 1 month. It depends on your natural lash condition, your aftercare and seasons. We recommend maintenance will be required around 2~3 weeks.
Does the procedure hurt my eyes or skin?
The application doesn't give any pain to your eyes or skin. We always explain the procedure steps to our customers. Most of clients enjoy the service in our relaxing environment.
